Construction follows the classic Cat6 recipe done right: four twisted pairs of 24 AWG bare copper with polyethylene insulation (Ø 0.91 mm) around a pair separator cross, jacketed in black LDPE with an overall diameter of just 0.224 in (5.70 mm) — slim enough for crowded conduit and tight service loops, with standard TIA color coding for fast, error-free terminations. Handling in the field is equally practical: minimum bending radius of 8×D during installation and 4×D installed, an installation temperature window of 32°F to 122°F (0°C to 50°C), and a built-in rip cord so techs strip jacket cleanly without nicking pairs.
