Governing commercial hardware transactions, systems integration, and electronic orders.
1. Agreement to Commercial Terms
By accessing www.nuo-networks.com or placing an order with Nuo Networks Inc. (131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. All sales are business-to-business (B2B) and enterprise hardware supply contracts governed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
2. Pricing, Inventory & Fulfillment
All prices are listed in USD. Products are dispatched from Tier-1 logistics hubs in Miami, FL, El Paso, TX, and San Antonio, TX. In-stock orders placed prior to 2:00 PM CST dispatch same business day. Free ground shipping applies to eligible small-parcel orders over $500 across the 48 Contiguous United States.
3. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
All equipment is brand-new, factory-sealed, and carries full original manufacturer warranty. Nuo Networks Inc. shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or downtime damages exceeding the invoice purchase price of the hardware.
