Single Tenant / Multi-Apartment
Applies when each residential unit manages its own access
Scenario Conditions
Basic Plan
Requires one monitor per household 		The app is free for up to 4 household members, as long as the apartment has a monitor.
Premium Plan
Monitor optional 		The app has a monthly fee that includes 4 users. If additional users are required, each extra member has an additional cost.
Important: the license applies at the project level, not per individual apartment. If at least one unit does not have a monitor, all apartments in the project fall under the monthly billing scheme, even if the rest do have a monitor.
Office
Scenario Conditions
Basic Plan Includes up to 3 access control doors at no cost, unlimited access control, and a user app (app for temporary passes and remote unlocking). If the user has a monitor, monitor calls are also included at no additional cost.
Additional doors
Extra charge 		Starting from the fourth access control door, an additional charge applies.
Important: video calls to the app require a per-user license.
