Use the 23 ft Shakespeare 390 SSB antenna with single side-band modulation (SSB) systems. Considered the industry standard, 390 style antennas have no loading coil and a full-length whip antenna with conductors.
Reinforced insulating qualities allow input power up to 1,000 W; the conductors are permanently sealed in Shakespeare white fiberglass. The UV resistant white finish will not discolor or fade from prolonged exposure to sunlight, and the two-piece antenna body is rigid enough to withstand rough seas.
