Epcom Cloud is a mobile device platform that allows video recording through adapters in the cloud of:

If the device supports audio, it can be saved; recording is motion-detection based only, at a maximum resolution of 8 megapixels.
It also features a web interface compatible with all browsers without the need to install plugins.
